Souimanga Hotel is a small hotel infrastructure with only 6 rooms. Therefore, we have our own sales policy.

Booking and payment
When you make a booking request at Souimanga Hotel and rooms are available, we will keep them as an option for up to 7 days. But the reservation will only be effective upon receipt of the deposit corresponding to half or all of the price of the rooms reserved. Payment can be made: in cash, by check, by bank transfer, by electronic wallet (MVola, Orange Money) or Paypal.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is already included in the room price.

Cancellation / modification of reservation and commitment
In case of modification of reservation, the customer is required to notify at least 3 days before the scheduled arrival otherwise no refund will be possible. In case of cancellation, the customer is required to notify at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival otherwise no refund will be possible.

Internal Regulations

Reception
The hotelier is free not to receive clients with noisy, incorrect, alcoholic behavior, clients whose behavior is contrary to morality and public order. Anyone wishing to stay at the hotel is required to make known their identity and that of the people accompanying them.

Opening hours
The hotel reception is open from 7am to 10pm except on request.

Room occupancy
The customer may not bring into the room third parties not known to the hotelier, unless authorized by the latter. Similarly, the customer cannot rent a room for a number of people greater than that provided per room.

Access to rooms
Upon arrival, the room is made available to a customer from 2 p.m. The overnight rental ceases at 11 a.m., regardless of the customer's arrival time. A luggage service allows customers to entrust their luggage to the hotel reception in exchange for a receipt which will be required for their return.

Key management
The room key is given to the customer when the room is taken. The customer is required to deposit the key to his room at the reception in the event of leaving the establishment, likewise, he cannot entrust his key to a third party. In the event of non-return, the hotel will invoice the amount of costs generated by the renewal of the lock.

Nuisances and respect for other customers
Noise, even during the day, is prohibited. The customer causing disorder or scandal in any form whatsoever, will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund of their stay. In the interest of the tranquility of the establishment, all noise must cease between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. A hotel room is a place of rest. Please do not slam doors or make too much noise. All trade is strictly prohibited.

Responsibilities
Children are under the full responsibility of the customer. Animals will not be accepted in the establishment. A safe is available to customers for personal papers and valuables (watch, jewelry, means of payment, etc.)

Damage
The customer must use the rented property with due care. The rooms made available to our customers are checked, functional and in good condition. Our customers are invited to immediately report any shortcomings to the hotel reception. In case of a problem, the customer will have to assume their civil liability. In the event of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of repair or replacement. The same applies to any offense noted after the customer's departure, the amount of compensation will be invoiced.

Prohibitions
For security reasons and for the respect of everyone, it is strictly forbidden to smoke throughout the establishment. Likewise, it is forbidden to eat personal meals there or to bring drinks not provided by the hotel, as well as to do laundry there. It is forbidden to take away any object belonging to the hotel: the customer must notify the hotelier if they notice a mistake and return it, otherwise the object will be invoiced to them.

Acceptance of regulations and conditions of sale

The hotel's internal regulations and the internal regulations for guides and drivers apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the special conditions and the two internal regulations. Failure to comply with the above provisions will result in immediate termination of the contract.

IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE CUSTOMER WITH ONE OF THESE CONDITIONS, THE HOTELIER WILL BE OBLIGED TO INVITE THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.
